On the request to increase the Price of Electricity, NEPRA made the Electricity Cheaper In front of the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority, the Central Power Purchasing Agency had to be taken. The upfront cost was Rs 9.17 while the cost of generating electricity was Rs 9.41. Therefore, in terms of monthly fuel adjustment, the electricity price should be charged 24 paisa more per unit from the consumers.
